When we first moved to Denver, we knew that we had to find a go-to burrito place. Little did we know that there would be one that we LOVED just a few short blocks from our first Denver apartment in LoDo!

Not all burritos are created equal, and that’s why we compiled this list of the best burritos in Denver. From hole-in-the-wall gems to award-winning restaurants, we uncovered the perfect spots for every burrito palate.

D’Corazon Restaurant

Right in the heart of Denver, D’Corazon is a family-owned, homestyle Mexican restaurant. This is our favorite spot to eat burritos in Denver.

At this popular spot, all burritos come smothered in green chili. They also specialize in Margaritas and have a great drink list. Located off 16th Street in Lodo, some have called them the best smothered burritos in Denver (we agree)!

Pro tip: order their queso and smother some of that on top of your burrito, too.

Carrera’s Tacos

While tacos might be in their name, Carrera’s also makes some seriously delicious burritos. Just south of the Denver Tech Center, this family-owned restaurant is sure to bring you to flavor town!
